i’ve been without my camera for about a week. haven’t been able to update this, which is a damn shame because i did hella shit! made vegan donuts, ate cali burritos specially delivered from san diego, and best of all, had a goat cheese feast yesterday courtesy of ile de france. i felt like i should’ve documented this since i got this awesome 10.5oz of goat cheese sent to me in the mail and thought i would do a proper review. but with no camera, i was kinda fucked. i even considered using 35mm or polaroids, but i was like ‘eh, fuck it’ in the end.
but in honor of the late and fucking great Estelle Getty we’ll do this Golden Girls style -
picture it …baked figs stuffed with goat cheese and drizzled with honey, toasted baguette with goat cheese and fig jam, and farfalle pasta with tomatoes, aarugula, spinach, bacon, chicken apple sausage, parmesan and goat cheese. i also made a fresh mascarpone tart with strawberries and blueberries – from scratch!
but i promise i’ll put up some pics soon. i’m going camping this weekend and baking a cake for a special someone, so i’m gonna bomb the shit out of this thing when i get back. pinky swear.
